1985 Volkswagen Golf Description

1985 Volkswagen Golf with a 1.6 lit. diesel, 5 speed transmission and A/C which blows cold most of the time. Power steering, CD player. Runs like a champ! 306k miles. 50 + MPG! I bought it 2 years ago because I have never seen one before, and the only reason I'm selling it is because my wife likes the body style of our 84 Rabbit diesel more, and we have too many cars. The guy I bought it from put a new transmission in it, and said a previous owner had the motor replaced by a VW dealer sometime in its life. And it runs really smooth a quiet for a 1.6 lit diesel. It has a functional air intake as you can see in the photos, nice wheels, and its fun to drive. I can drive the car to Boise to meet with you or transporter if that helps.
