I bought this bus from the 2nd owner, he had owned it since the early 90's, i found it sitting in a garage in beverly hills ca, the fellow told mehe didnt want to sell it at the time but he did tell me to keep trying, i did,and5 long years later i purchased it from him
This westfaliais very original and super solid throughout, it holds a very nice patina style and gets lots of attention
The engine was upgraded around 10 years ago by the previous owner, it was upgraded to a 1776 dual port dual carb engine that has much more power then the 1600cc these westys come with, the transmisson is itsoriginal 4 speed manualand itwas rebuilt at the same time the engine was done, the bus also has factory disc brakes
The bus has not been started in around 9 months due to a faulty fuel pump and adead battery according to the original owner, it shouldnt take much to get it started he says, i personally have never tryed to start it because when i purchased it my intent was to completly restore it
The interior is clean, it does have some rips on the seats here and there but none that are super bad, the pop top canvas is in so so shape, it has a few patches here and there, and should probably be replaced
The undercarriage is in great shape, it is super solid, i have taken lots of photos of it
I have the rear the bumper with brackets and bolts as well as an extra rear gate because the original has a dent on it, i also will include extra faucets and a few other things
These patina style westfalias are getting harder and harder to find in nice solid shape, the reason i am selling this westy is because my father has gotten ill and medical bills are due
I have a clean california title in my name and the bus does have current registration

The shipping is the buyers responsibility, but if you need help i do have a few contacts.
All inspections are welcome while the auction is running, i can also facetime or skype if you would like to see it,once the auction ends, i ask that you call me immedietlyand make a $500 non refundable deposit immedietly, if you decide not to purchase for whatever reason i will keep the deposit for time lost and relisting fees.
