1990 Volvo 240 Description

Black 1990 Volvo 240 Wagon - 5 Speed Manual
It's rare to find a black 240 wagon withoriginal paint. It's a Volvo so it's never let me down and maintenance has been low. Because I saw this car as a restore I spent more money on it then it needed.
Originally I wanted to do a restore. I then moved to a place with no garage so that idea ended. I've owned the car for about 3-4 years and in that time I've spent a fair bit of money getting the interior and engine updated. The exterior is in relatively good shape for a 27 year old vehicle. The car has spent most of it's life in Florida from what I've read on Carfax.com.
See below for all repairs and updates since I've owned the vehicle.
-New Clutch-Good Year Eagle Tires-Alignment-Most Engine Sensors have been replaced with exception of Mass Air Flow Sensor (still in good shape) - Passes California Smog.-2 Engine Mounts replaced-Replaced Spark Plugs and Wiring-Replaced Timing Belt-Replaced V-Belts-New Water Pump-New Radiator-New Engine Seal behind Timing Belt-New Battery (This Year)-AC work has been done on the car (I think it still needs some tweaks but it works okay)-Brand new interior seat 1500.00 (I probably spent too much but they're custom high grade vinyl, leather look)-New Carpet-New Floor Matts-New Sun Visors-New Headlight Lens-New Window Seals-New Drivers sidedoor wiring and window motor
Original manual is included with receipts formaintenance and oil.
Call Outs -Again this is a 27 year old vehicle so obviously there are some areas that need work. I like to be as clear as possible. I know that when viewing online it's tough to see the flaws.
-About 1 year ago the odometer started clocking 1 mile for every 1.7 miles driven. I read up that it's a common problem. The odometer reads 134,000, but I'm sure actual milage is more like 144,000. I pay attention to the odometer because I track MPG.-3 areas have rust coming up from under the exterior paint. See photos-Windshield seals need replaced. It doesn't rain in Sothern California so I never spent time on this.-Heated seat donot work. When we rebuilt the interior seats we did not replace the heat cells for the heated seats.-Cruise Control does not work. I assume if you replace the instrument it would start working.-The engine always starts on a dime, but on damp mornings it's a little sputtery until it warms up a little.
