2009 Volvo XC 90, clean Carfax with 37 Carfax Records, serviced at the Volvo Dealer. See below for a list of all scheduled maintenance done. WARRANTY: The vehicle will come with a 3 month or 4,500 mile engine and transmission aftermarket warranty by Car's Protection Plus. The warranty will come with a full set of instructions to protect you as the buyer in the event that you need to use it. Please be advised that the warranty has guidelines that must be followed. There is a one hundred dollar deductible for any claim on the warranty, responsibility of the buyer/owner of the car. SHIPPING: The buyer is responsible for shipping once the vehicle has been purchased. We CAN assist with shipping however, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for shipping. The vehicle must be picked up within 14 days of the purchase.

MAINE RESIDENTS: Maine Residents will pay 5.5% sales tax and a $33.00 title fee.

OUT OF STATE BUYERS: No sales tax, no title fee and no doc fee.
