1973 Volvo P1800 ES Description

Very rare turquoise Volvo P1800 ES wagon with 52K miles.
Runs smooth and reliably, just got a $4K tuneup.
One of only a couple thousand ever to exist in the country with automatic transmission.
Stock besides pioneer speaker system, new fuel tank, exhaust system, alternator and various mounts.
Bought it in Virginia and drove it cross country two years ago. Haven't used it much since because I lived in Michigan until recently, but have been driving since moving back to Oakland without problems.
Flaws: oil temp gauge not working
clock not working
tachometer jumps at high speeds
trunk lock stuck but I bought a new lock cylinder and will replace soon
interior is shredded and dashboard has some cracks but I'm planning to have it reupholstered
Quarter sized rust spot on hood, minor rust on underbelly but nothing significant.
