1997 Volvo 850 LOW MILEAGE Description

This very nice 1997 Volvo 850 runs and drives amazing.

Turbo is strong. Paint has held up very well.

There are scratches customary for a car that is a 1997.

There are no signs of rust at all.

Tires are in good condition.

Brakes are excellent and all of the power windows and sunroof work perfectly.

The air condition blows strong and cold and the heat is hot.

The seats are in decent shape there are some small tears in the driver seats which you can see clearly from the pictures.

The radio works but needs a code . Shouldn’t be hard to reset just a call to the dealer.

I installed top motor mounts did oil lube and filter and brakes.

The water pump and timing belt I can see was done in 2005.

The check engine light is on and a local mechanic says it is due to the relay and secondary air pump. If you want us to install it will be 350.00.

It rides smooth as can be on the highway and is very peppy and strong on the highway.

For California residents the car will not pass smog as it sits but with the air pump install which is not a hard job it has a very good chance at passing.

The relay for the air pump is bad which is only a 42.00 part dealer cost.

It rides beautifully and is a good solid car which should last as these Volvos were built like tanks.

Engine is strong and transmission shifts fine.

All glass is good and the headliner is also fine.
