1999 Volvo C70 Description

This is in decent shape for a 1999. No tears in leather. Some stains on carpet. Has some scratches. IT IS RUNNING IN LIMP MODE. It has been in my garage for 2 years. I put a new battery in and I started right up. I believe that there is something wrong with the exhaust system, possibly the catalytic converter . I love this car and hate to see it go, but I don't have time or the tools to fix it and my husband can't drive it if I did. I put in a newer engine in 2010, has about 65000 miles.
