1995 Volvo 850 non-Turbo Sedan
The 850 was the last of the true Swedish Volvos, before Ford took over and tried to mix Swedish with American culture. We all know how that worked out. Remember the first Cross-Country? NOT one of Ford's better ideas! They worked it out eventually, but they're still not the real thing!
If you have just a little mechanical ability and you are looking for a reliable, solid, safe car for your new teenage driver, this is the car for you! There is a power steering fluid leak which we have not had time to fix, but it is an easy fix, and we have the required part, included at no extra charge. The new driver needs to not be too fussy about his first ride, as it is a little rough: the paint is faded, the windshield is cracked (but not in the field of vision so as to be a safety hazard); but he will like the alloy wheels! It needs cleaning, inside and out. It's gotlots ofbells and whistles AND Volvo's amazing safety record.A bit of trivia: did you know that Volvo developed the 3-point seat belt and was the first to offer it as standard equipment?
We admit this car has been around the block a few times, but Volvos have a reputation for longevity: it's not uncommon to see them go half a million miles and more!
PLEASE ask any questions early. This is a 7-day listing and it will NOT be repeated. More photos on request.

We have over 300 cars & trucks in stock at any one time and the inventory changes constantly. We generally focus on Ford products, post-war (i.e. 1946 and up), but usually not much past 1989. There are whole rows of '57-'58-'59 Ford cars and '78-'79 Broncos! We also have lots of early Jeep stuff, '77 thru '86 Toyota Celica & pickups and Volvo 240s & 850s. LET US KNOW WHAT YOU NEED AND WE'LL SEE IF WE CAN HELP!
Deposit by PayPal is expected as soon as you know you are the successful bidder. If you are not comfortable with PayPal for any reason, you are welcome to send a check, but you will need to let us know this is your intention and we will do nothing further until it clears. Please contact us for a mailing address. Balance must be paid in full (CASH ONLY!) before it leaves our yard.
You can come pick it up at our yard in Simla, Colorado; or we will be happy to deliver it anywhere within the area bounded by US-24, I-70 & I-25 (north of US-24, south of I-70 AND east of I-25) for $125. Outside this boundary, within reason, we can probably do it for an additional $2 per loaded mile. SHIPPING TO BE PAID SEPARATELY
