2000 Audi TT Description

Here it is! After refusing to sell this car for so long I've finally decided to sellmy 2000 Audi TT Quattro. Everything works as it should. The check engine light is not on so all major systems including the secondary injection system are working. However, the ABS light is on. The code is the rear passenger wheel speed sensor. Just haven't had a change to replace it. The there is no noticeable difference while driving it. It has a 1.8 turbocharged engine which puts out about 180 hp. The turbo works and this car really takes off. One issueis that the oil pressure warning light illuminates occasionally. I've been checking the oil regularly and it hasn't been low. So, it's likely the oil pressure sensor. It's located towards the bottom of the engine and is hard to get at. So, I haven't replaced it yet. The heated seats function perfectly and the AC blows ice cold. The LCD on the instrument cluster is not working correctly. However, this hasn't really been critical to daily driving. Now for the fun part! The timing belt gave out about 2 years ago and some valves were damaged. The cylinder head was in good shape still. However, I found an engine with only about 80,000 miles on eBay so I went ahead and had the engine swapped out just to be safe (that was about 4,000 miles ago). In doing that there have been many parts replaced. Too many to list. For example, while the engine was out, I ended up having a new Luk clutch kit installed with new throw out bearing. The front drivers transaxle was replaced too. Of note, the front driver wheel bearing makes noise while driving and will need to be replaced at some point. The brakes and rotors were replaced not long ago. The main suspension parts were also replaced not long ago including lower ball joints, sway bar links and tie rods. Had an alignment last month. The glove box latch is broken, which is common with these cars. It can still be opened and closed, it just can't be locked. Also, the car was in a fender bender before I purchased it, so there's was a dent on the hood which I was able to tap out but the paint is a little cracked (see pictures). There are also dings to the rear and front bumper from parking in wonderful Baltimore, MD while I lived there. Last but not least, this has the upgraded Bose sound system! I'm sure I'm forgetting something. Note, Thule roof rack is NOT included. Questions are welcomed.
