Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2005 Audi A4 1.8T Quattro with the desirable 6 speed manual transmission. I would rate the exterior of this Audi to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. As you can see, this is a great looking A4. She is finished in Brilliant Black over black interior, which is a good look. The black exterior has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. However, you'd be hard pressed to find anything worth complaining about as you walk around the exterior of this Audi. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the trim and moldings are present and show well. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with average tread all around. Pride in ownership shows throughout this A4 Quattro. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this Audi came in. I would also rate the interior of this Audi to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. The black interior shows well. The door cards are clean and tight. The dash and headliner are clean, too. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout the interior. The deeply bolstered black sport seats are supple, clean and comfortable. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The power windows, locks, mirrors, seats and sunroof all work properly. The audio system is original and sounds good. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. It is a little too cool out to tell if the air conditioner is working effectively but I can tell you that the heater works well. The trunk is spacious and clean, too. Again, pride in ownership shows throughout this Audi. Mechanically, this A4 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The turbocharged 1.8L engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good for an older vehicle. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. This has the high output 1.8T engine so she makes plenty of power to get down the road. There have been no idiot lights on during my road test. The clutch engages a little high but does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the desirable 6 speed manual transmission are clean and precise, as they should be. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. In fact, the only bad thing I can say about this Audi A4 is that there is a small exhaust leak audible (most likely coming from the flex pipe). Quattro AWD gives you remarkable grip and confidence in less than ideal driving situations, while also helping this car stick to the road like glue during "spirited" driving. If you've been looking for a clean, well optioned A4...this 1.8T 6 speed car deserves your serious consideration. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
