2002 Audi S6 4.2 V8 Description

The Audi S6 Avant was only imported in 2002 and 2003. All of them have the 4.2 40 valve V8 and the heavy duty automatic transmission. All of them are loaded to the gills. This low mileage car has the "Sport" premium leather seats, Bose premium sound, and complete headliner in black Alcantara leather. The amenities are too many to list.
The low mileage cars in good condition sell for between $11,000 to $16,000.Please do your homework and check these cars out. There were limited numbers imported and the demand is still high.
This car needs the small coolant hose to the oil cooler replaced. This is a common problem (and one of the only problems) with this engine at about 100,000 miles. The hose in question is an eight dollar part for the plastic one, or $28 for the aluminum one. The repair requires about 10 hours of difficult wrenching or a motor removal. The dealers pull the motor. This is a five thousand dollar repair at the dealer. Please check out the CarFax. The other services have been performed at the recommended intervals.
I have wanted one of these cars for years. I bought this one right because of the coolant leak mentioned above. I went out straight away and bought the Hyper Silver 19 x 9.5 ET33 VMR wheels and Michelin 255/35ZR-19 Pilot Sport A/S 3+ tires. They are both totally brand new at $2,400.Circumstances have changed and are forcing this sale. I would like to get out of it what I put into it.
