2008 BMW M3 Supercharged 700HP

2008 BMW M3 Description

The car has 99600 miles. Clean title in hand. Never smoked in, never tracked or abused, and always in the garage. She has been religiously maintained by Active Autowerke(i.e. 305.233.9300)in Miami for the past 6 years or so. All the servicedocumentation can be verified with them as they can pull ALL the service records. I have religiously changed all the fluids for the life of the car (i.e. transmission, differential, oil). She has been running on Mobil One Racing Oil 0W-50 (i.e. at close to $18 per quart) for the last 2.5-3 years per the suggestion of Active Autowerke. Rod bearings have been changed out by Active at the 74k mile mark or so using WPC bearings and ARP bolts.
Only accident this car was involved with was when a lady driving a Porshe Panamera tapped the rear bumper at 2 mph while I was making a right at a stop light hence an accident report. No issues with having the car inspected by a third party paid by the buyer.
A compression test was done on the engine by Active and the results ranged from 185-195.A leak down test was also done with a 2%-3% variance. The motor is running great.
Service that was recently completed within the last month are:
-New spark plugs-Brand new rear Michelin Pilot Super Sports…less than 500 miles
-New water pump (didn't need replacing…just maintenance)
-Replaced OEM radiator with CSF unit (didn’t need replacing…just maintenance) which includes radiator flush
-Replaced OEM oil cooler with CSF unit (didn’t need replacing…just maintenance)
-All belts replaced (didn’t need replacing…just maintenance)
-New engine mounts
-Replaced ABS unit
-Front pads still have > 50% pad life (have an extra set of brand new front pads in StopTech box)
Past service in the last 6 months or so have been:
-Brake flush with Castrol SRF
-Replaced Actuators
-Replaced all the front bushings with Powerflex Polyurethane
