Car has a CLEAN TITLE. Title in hand. Car is garage stored. Fully detailed on the exterior. Just had it serviced this month at Euro Auto Spot of San Diego. Service performed was an oil change, differential oil w/FM Booster and the drive belt tensioner was replaced to fix some belt squealing. Interior lights are upgraded with LED lighting. Everything works just fine in the car. No issues with the SMG transmission. I have a stack of service records going back to 2009 and also some records from BMW that show recalls that were completed. I purchased the car from the previous owner in Beverly Hills. It has very low miles for the age of it.
Front tires should be replaced soon. Rear tires are fairly new with about 80% tread. Some cosmetic issues with the car that the new owner can address. The hood has touchup paint on the left side at the ridge. Some door dings on door moldings. Rock chips on front bumper and hood. Small section of paint spider crack in right rear bumper.
