1998 BMW 3-Series Description

I am selling my 328i, which has been my daily driver for the past three years. This is an excellent car. I've taken care of her and she has taken care of me. I recently purchased another car, and have no need for two. I've done primarily highway driving these past three years. I average about 26mpg with city/hwy, over 30mpg just highway. She is very clean both inside and out. No service/check engine lights. The driver seat is showing wear, but the rest of the seats are in good shape. The exterior is also in good condition with no big dings or dents. You don't expect a 1998 to be in perfect shape. I replaced the driver's side window regulator, driver's side tie rod, control arm and bushings, front and rear rotors and brakes, tires, and I had an oil change and an alignment done. The headliner of the car was also replaced. The car is running well and is ready for its next owner. I was told the car when I bought the car that it was involved in one minor accident where they had to repair the rear passenger side door. This was taken care of by the previous owner as you can see in the photos. It's not noticeable. Here is the VIN: WBACD4325WAV58013 if you would like to do a Carfax. It has:
-Heat and air conditioning
-Heated seats (the best in winter!)
-AM/FM radio
-6 disc CD changer
-Cassette Deck
-Electric seats
-Sunroof
-Spacious truck
-Spare with jack
FYI - this car is from 1998 and there are signs of wear in some areas. For full disclosure, here are the little things you'll encounter:
-Rear driver side door lock must be manually locked/unlocked
-Driver seat controls are finicky when reclining
-Right turn signal works, but sometimes it will stop and turn back on. I've been told this might indicate that a fuse will need to be replaced in the future.-Every so often I will hear a rattle coming from under the car. I asked the shop and was told this could be from little pieces in the catalytic converter that have broken loose creating that rattle sometimes. I bought a catalytic converter for the vehicle if I ever wanted to swap them. It's only every so often so I haven't needed to, but since I'm selling the car and have no need for this cat, it would be included with the purchase of the car.-After replacing the window regulator last week, the airbag icon is on. I was told that the airbag works fine, but because they had to disconnect the battery to remove the driver side airbag to replace the regulator, that icon will show until the BMW completes a full drive cycle or 100 miles. Then it will turn off.
Please contact me if you have any questions or would like to see it. Seeing and driving the car will be a true testament to its condition. It's good looking, reliable and drives well. Buyer will be responsible for pickup/shipping. I'm asking $3000 or best offer. Serious inquiries only.
