2009 BMW 335i sedan with X drive

2009 BMW 3-Series Description

For sale is a 2009 BMW 335i with X drive, all wheel drive, sedan.
This car is being sold to the highest bidder on a no reserve auction. The car has a FL rebuilt title and comes with 1 key fob.
I purchased this car about 2 years ago for my son while in high school. He is now in college which is why I'm selling it. The car runs and drives fine, automatic with cold AC.
The car was purchased with a salvaged NY title due to a theft recovery, not an accident. The car now has a rebuilt FL title again due to theft recovery, not an accident.
When I purchased the car, I replaced items such as front control arms, brake pads / rotors all around, an interior light switch, battery, serpentine belt and changed the oil.
The car has aftermarket 19" rims and the tires all have about 50% tread left on them.
The main 2 items wrong with the car are the stereo is not currently working due to the blown factory amp. I've seen one on eBay for $400. Also, the lense on the passenger head light although the light works, it points out to the fight when the light is on at night, it doesn't aim straight in front of the car like the driver side does. It was like that when I bought it and my son drove the car like that, but the passenger head light should probably be replaced.
On the dashboard, the service engine soon light is on and also the tire pressure sensor light due to the aftermarket rims.
The interior of the car, black leather, is very clean with no rips or holes in the seats and the car has not been smoked in. The car has a sunroof and navigation.
The exterior is pretty clean also. There are a few minor dings and scratches typical for a 2009 car but nothing major whatsoever.
