2001 BMW M5 Description

It brings me great sadness, but the time has come to move on from the most enjoyable car I have ever owned. Up for sale in Orange County, CA is my pampered 2001 M5 with 109k miles. I am the third owner, the most recent previous owner was an enthusiast and well respected member of M5board.com He purchased the car in 2004 with 18k miles, and I purchased it from him in 2009 with 65k miles.This was my second M5, as I lost my first one to an idiot that ran a red light. This is an enthusiasts car with very tasteful mods and has been taken care of like one of my children. Always garage kept, oil changed religiously, and interior conditioned...it almost looks brand new. The back seats have never even been sat in. Below is a detailed list of mods and the most recent work done to the car to keep her healthy. All work in the most recent years has been completed by Bullet Performance in Costa Mesa, CA (A well respected body shop and Dinan dealer) Also, a short video and pictures. Thanks for looking!
*Full Disclosure - Nothing to hide* In 2015, I was in a very slight "fender bender". It was a less than 5mph collision from a red light where a car turned into my lane. Pictures are below, but the damage was just to the bumper. I took advantage of it being at the paint shop and had the entire front half of the car re-sprayed and blended by Spectrum Collision in Irvine, a shop very well respected by m5oard.com, in Orange County. The 109k miles or road rash is completely eliminated and the paint looks brand new. Hand washed and waxed ever since, there isn't even a spider web swirl in the paint. My headache is your gain!

Recent Work completed:(regular maintenance between major work)December 2016- CA Smog Checked and fresh registration
November 2016- Oil change, brake fluid flush, radiator flush- Driver side window regulator replaced- Oil pan seal replaced- Oil level sensor replaced- Rear View Mirror repaired- Oil Separator Hoses replaced- Both Dinan Air Filters replaced and new socks installed- New front stop tech drilled rotors and Hawk Performance Ceramic Brake pads- I have matching rear rotors and pads ready to go on, but they aren't ready yet- New rear tires, (front 60% left)
August 2015- Guibo replaced by BMW Buena Park- Spark plugs changed- Fuel Filter changed- AC relay replaced- Full front end re-paint and new front bumper w & trim pieces by Spectrum Collision- Secondary Air Pump replaced- New OEM MAFs, and a set of used but good condition MAFS come with the car
May 2011- New clutch replaced by BMW Austin @ 75k miles- Power steering hoses replaced- CAM shaft sensors replaced
