1997 BMW 7-Series Description

I purchased this 1997 BMW, 740iL, 4-door luxury sedan with 4.4L M62 engine in January of 2008 on eBay from Rally MotorCarz in South Florida with 61,543 miles. The car now has 85,358 and basically sits in my garage collecting Phoenix desert dust. It is BMW's seven series luxury sedan with a black leather interior and Champagne Gun Metal Grey exterior. It has all of the power items including a heated steering wheel and a 8-speaker Bose audio system. There are new Michelin radials on the car with less than 50 miles on them. The car also has a new battery, new suspension parts, new radiator, water pump, and fan, Brembo slotted and drilled Disc brake rotors and ceramic pads that are new, and a host of new parts that I have assembled along with BMW over the years I have owned the car. I don't use this car much anymore and I am looking for new a good home. What's wrong with the car? The list includes: Cracked windshield (see photo); Oil pan gasket to be replaced to stop the oil leaks there; The circuit in the cpu unit that controls the speedometer, abs, and miles/gallon calculator is defective and needs remanufactured at a place like BBMA remanufacturing for example; The car has brakes just not ABS; Those items are presently inoperative; Bad pixalation on the readouts of the audio system at dash level; Somebody backed into the car in a grocery store parking lot cracking the front license plate holder and a small section of the front associated facia (see photo); Small scratches/scrapes to two areas in the rear of the car(see photo). All of these can be remedied as well. Since the transmission is sealed by BMW, it may require an inspection just to be on the safe side. Other than this, the car runs BMW great and the transmission is very smooth. All systems are functioning except for those stated to be inoperative. This is a desert car, has no rust, has not seen much inclement weather, and remains garaged at all times because the sun here in Phoenix can be brutal to a car's paint. If there are any questions, you can send them to the buyer through eBay.
