New clutch (F1 racing stage 2) + single mass flywheel with less than 3kmi
New tires - Linglong crosswind in 265/30 rear and 225/35 front (less than 1kmi)
Just had a 4 wheel alignment this last weekend
Rear end was just rebuilt this winter with reddish motorsport RACP reinforcement plates, new ball joints, new AKG street poly diff/subframe bushings, diff seals, and brake shoes/rotors/calipers/pads. New parking brake hardware as well.
New AGM battery within the last year.

Otherwise, all stock. No issues that I am aware of. Interior is in good shape with no rips, tears, or sagging in the headliner or pillars. Other new bits within the last year like cabin air filter, cowl, wiper blades (bosch icon), cowl intake grill on hood, etc. Rod bearing recall was done according to my local dealer (one replaced). Front bumper is cracked at the very bottom and the hood has some chips. Otherwise paint and exterior is in great shape for it's age. Keyless entry doesn't work, but you could have another key made or replace the battery in the FOB. Clean NYS title. Carfax report available if you message me.
