2000 BMW M Roadster & Coupe M Roadster Description

wThis M Roadster is one of thirty eight (1 of 38) first generation cars (1998-2002) produced in Sliver with Red canvas Top and Red and Black two tone interior...the factory red top makes it extremely rare and strikingly beautiful...the pictures do not do this car justice, it is striking in person. This is the last year BMW used the high performing and trouble free S52 engine which has plenty of power to weight ratio for the car. Read about the S54 before you rule out and S52, especially if you want headache free inexpensive driving. Search and you see these S52's commonly over 100K miles as many were daily drivers. Look closely and you'll see the factory paint still in tact on the muffler, again something not seen often on these cars. This car has never seen snow, and was caught in the rain two or three times. I purchased it some years ago with 18K miles. Everything functions properly as new, air, cruise control, automatic door locks, both power seats, Harmon Kardon, power top, etc... I've pictured the front lower air dam closely as this has some parking curb stop damage from a parking lot. There is also a small ding in the right front fender which I've tried to picture but does not come through well. The spot in the picture that look lake a larger ding is actually a shadow. Car has factory rear window cloth protector, factory vinyl cover for the top to protect when parked or stored, and factory boot and tire inflator. All pages in great shape, not faded as commonly seen on these cars. These M Roadsters are destined to climb in value due to limited production, joy to drive, and historical pattern of BMW M's with such attributes. Pulled it out yesterday to take the photos and ran it for about 7 miles, as usual it started right up, sits under cover on a battery tender, in a heated and air-conditioned garage with wood floors. You won't be disappointed. Calls taken at 610-905-9527. I reserve the right to cancel the auction due to local listing.
