2011 BMW 3-Series Description

2011 BMW 335is Alpine White, Black Leather, Loaded.
Navigation, DCT 7sp transmission, Harmon Kardon Logic 7, all power options including rear sunshade, heated seats with tasteful performance mods. F/R parking sensors, Keyfob push start (2 keys included and manual). M-Sport Package, sills, steering wheel. Sunroof. Xenon headlights and lighting package.
Always garaged kept day/night. Super clean and babied. I'm 50yrs old. I don't race or abuse my cars. Just always been a BMW enthusiast and take great care of my cars.
No scratches, dings or dents. Body is immaculate. A few minor front bumper specks from driving of course. It is a 6yr old car, but looks amazing.

-Tires have about 10% tread and are getting noisy. They need to be replaced soon.
Recent Service in the past 6 months:
-New Stoptech cross-drilled front rotors and brake pads
-Stainless steel front/rear brake lines
-Flush brake lines Motul 600 brake fluid
-Oil changed (7000 until oil change currently)
-All other service up to date and nothing due.
7 months ago:
-Replaced all Coilpacks and Spark plugs with Stock Specs/brand.

A couple of the rims have some very minor curb rash in a few spots on some wheels from the previous owner. Have to really get up close to see it though. No dings, scratches, marks on the body. All perfect.
Nobody sits in the rear seats and rarely passenger. Leather is in fantastic condition. I'm OCD. Everybody comments how clean my cars are. Non-smoker.
BMW just sent me a notice about the car is under a 10yr/100k fuel injector warranty. So, any injector issues, BMW will cover any repairs/costs on those apparently. This car has been incredible.
Disclosure:
1) Carfax shows a minor accident. Previous owner was backed into at a Dunkin parking lot. Front bumper was scratched up. Filed a police report. A brand new bumper was put on the car about 2.5yrs ago, painted and the carbon splitters installed. Looks great. I have photos of the old bumper from the previous owner. I have the original Carfax/Autocheck reports when I bought it.
2) The Autocheck/Carfax has the mileage recorded wrong at one of the first services with BMW. The first owner only drove the car on weekends and about 2000 miles. All the service records are at BMW to verify that. The first 4yr/50k maintenance was performed by BMW. 1st owner traded it to the BMW dealer, 2nd owner bought it from that same dealer, then I bought the car. Mileage is accurate.
3) Right window tint has some marks/creases on it. Not visible from the outside. Happened with previous owner, I've learned to ignore and don't notice it personally. If you want that fixed, probably $50 at a window tint shop.
Clear title in my hands. Cash/wire transfer only before title will be signed over.
$500 deposit upon purchase required. Balance due in 7 days of sale. Please have financing in place before purchase.
Car is As-Is. The original 4yr/50k has expired. If you want to perform a pre-purchase inspection, I can make the car available for that anytime.
