2000 BMW 3-Series 328i Description

Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.

Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2000 BMW 328i sedan. I would rate the exterior of this BMW to be in BELOW AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. Overall, this isn't a bad looking car...just not as nice as I'd like to see for the age and mileage. The silver finish shines nicely and looks as smooth as glass. On the nose and hood, there are multiple stone chips, some large. The grill inserts also have a few broken slats. The body lines up nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the moldings and trim are intact. All of the glass and lenses are also intact. The factory alloy wheels look good and are wrapped in decent rubber with average tread all around. The LF wheel lip has a bend in it, which is plainly visible. It holds air and seems to be okay, though. Please take your time and check out each of the photos very carefully and be sure to read this whole description.

I would also rate the interior of this BMW to be in BELOW AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. Again, the interior isn't bad...just not what I'd like to see. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show a few stains from age but are acceptable. The seats also show a little more wear than I'd like to see, but none of the seats are worn through or torn. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The dash and headliner are clean. The sunroof shade appears to be missing. The wood interior accents show well and are all intact. The center arm rest is worn, which is normal as these cars age. The audio system is original, and sounds good. There are steering wheels controls, too. The cliamte control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The air conditioner appears to be working but isn't as cold as I'd like it to be, so she'll probably need charged at some point. The trunk is spacious and clean.

Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.8L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine doesn't smoke. Her road manners are good for an older car. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps good temperature and there haven't been any idiot lights on. She feels stong and smooth, just like an inline six should. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts normally. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints other than a slight vibration in the wheel...which is also normal for this age. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
