2001 BMW 3-Series Description

There are a lot of details here - please take your time and read through it all.
For sale is my 2001 BMW 330ci (E46) Coupe in Titanium Silver Metallic - Steptronic - Light Gray Leather interior. This is a single owner vehicle and I know every bit of detail for this car. It was ordered in May of 2001 and delivered in August of 2001 (08/25/01) with 8 miles on the clock. I can account for every single mile. The vehicle now has ~162,000 miles on the clock as of today (just pulled out of winter storage 5/22 - oil changes when it when in and came out). Vehicle was a daily driver up to 2012 and has since then been a leisure vehicle. This vehicle has a clean title and has been my vehicle for nearly 15 years. I am selling as I have no time to keep it as a hobby vehicle. If anything the modifications made were to keep it as a driver. No crazy lowering kits, or extensive race modifications since at times, it was my only car. No sub-frame concerns and recalls addressed (most recent airbag was completed as well).
Packages when purchased:
- Premium Package (sunroof, wood finish, leather, rain sensors, xenon headlights, etc.)

Autocheck reports - VERY interesting notes:Autocheck lists 2 incidents in North Brunswick, NJ. The funny part is both incidents occurred in the parking lot of my job yet there is no mention of the real out of pocket expense I listed above.
AutoCheck Incident #1 - A Chevy Astro Van (blue) had parked illegally in ahandicap zone next to myvehicle (a co-worker) and allowed the wind to pull their driver door and hit my rear fender arch. I wasn't advised of this and put 2 + 2 together based on the blue color on my fender The owner admitted the fault and this was after the car was repaired for being keyed. When I stated how much the cost would be to match the paint, theowner directed me to "go through the insurance".
AutoCheck Incident #2 - A parcel post driver backed into my bumperwhile leaving the company grounds. After extensive arguments with the owners, they paid for the cost to have the bumper detailed.
I have all these police reports.
"2 owners"? - ONE OWNER. Yes, I ordered and leased the vehicle (supposed lease or fleet claim) then I bought it out brand new :) All documented.
