2006 BMW M3 ZCP
Up for sale of my M3. Its been a great car but its time to move on to something else. I put a lot of time, money, and effort maintaining the car and its been very good to me. The color combination looks fantastic and its an extremely rare spec of last model year Competition Package, Slicktop (no sunroof), and manual seats. Its never left me stranded and I've never faced any major issues with it, but because I really loved the car I put lots of money and effort in getting it as perfect as possible.
Mileage: ~112k
Transmission: SMG
Major Options: SMG, Competition Package, Manual Seats, Heated front seats, Rear sunshade, Navigation, Harmon Kardon Stereo, Rear Parking Sensors, Xenon Headlights (dual in my car because they are custom).
Other additions:
Front oem Euro bumper with molded carbon fiber brake ducts
Rear Scorza carbon fiber rear diffuser
Custom Xenon Dual Projector headlights
Maintenance: I am attaching a detailed excel spreadsheet chronicling all the maintenance I've performed in my 1 year ownership. I'm very proactive about taking care of any maintenance issues. Please keep in mind most cars you encounter have not been gone through the way I've maintained mine and you should expect to spend between $3 to $5,000 if you don't have records of it being maintained!!
Major items:
Subframe- Full reinforcement job performed by reputable shop (Tyspeed)
Vanos- Vanos was replaced by dealer under CPO at 60k miles. Under my ownership I was prepping to do the job but when I checked it while replacing my valve cover gaskets it looked perfect so I decided to skip it for now. I have pictures that I can dig up to show the current condition
SMG- The SMG shifts perfectly and has never given my any issues. I had the CSL software flashed and it improved the overall driveability and made shifts amazingly fast
Rod Bearings- Blackstone labs report has added to google drive link, check out the notes - bearings are in great condition!
With the maintenance and overall condition of the car this is a great deal for someone looking to get into one of the last of its breed!! Save yourself thousands over slightly cheaper cars that don't have near the amount of maintenance as mine! I am open to reasonable offers as well!
