I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2002 BMW 330xi. I would rate the exterior of this BMW to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. As you can see, this is a gorgeous sedan. It is finished in Topaz Blue, which is one of my favorite colors. The finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. However, you'd be hard pressed to find much worth complaining about as you walk around the exterior of this gorgeous E46. The worst I can say about the exterior is that there are two small spots where corrosion is visible over the rear wheel arches. As with most older BMW's, the grill inserts are loose. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the trim and cladding are present and show well. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The optional large alloy wheels show well for their age and are wrapped in nice rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how exceptionally good this well optioned 330xi looks. I would rate the interior of this 330xi to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. This is a very well optioned sedan. In addition to the big engine and all wheel drive, this 330xi has the optional sport package, which give you the three spoke sport steering wheel as well as the deeply bolstered BMW Sport leather seats. The door cards are clean and tight. The dash and headliner are clean. The carpets show well for their age throughout the interior. The black sport seats are very comfortable, supportive and show minimal wear. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The audio system is the optional Harmon/Kardon Premium Sound, which works properly and sounds good. The climate control system is fully automatic and also appears to be working properly. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. Pride in ownership shows throughout this top-of-the-line sedan. Mechanically, this 330xi appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.0L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I haven't noticed any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good. The suspension feels tight, well sorted and confident. Steering and braking feel good, too. If I'm being picky, she could probably use rear brake pads. No warnings are on yet, but you can hear that they are thin. The engine keeps perfect temperature and makes good power. The check engine light is on for the EGR valve being stuck open...no biggie. It does not impact how the car runs and drives, at all. This well optioned and gorgeous 330xi hits the road as straight as an arrow and is an absolute pleasure to drive. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with zero issues. The AWD system is tested and working properly. Out on the highway, she cruises easily without breaking a sweat...with plenty of power on tap for entering the highway or passing.
