2004 BMW 6-Series Description

2004 BMW 645ci with ~145K miles in excellent condition and with extended warranty until 2019. Manual transmission (stick shift - not an automatic!).
The car was recently serviced for maintenance and all fluids and filters, etc. were changed. New lifetime battery from BMW of Encinitas was installed at the same time - roughly a month or so ago (and only a few miles as I did not really drive it much). The car drives great, the engine has tremendous power, and the handling is as good if not better than my S2000 (this car has active suspension - a.k.a. dynamic drive).
The car has an American Auto Shield extended warranty until 02/10/2019 or until 205,459 miles, whichever occurs first. Zero deductible. This extended warranty was over $3.5K. The warranty transfer fee is $50 or so if I recall correctly, and the new owner will have to request it.
If you don't have a need for the extended warranty, you can get some $'s back (I would not do that, but that's me) - and this is what American Auto Shield says: "Attached is the transfer form if the new owner of the vehicle would like to continue the product warranty. If you wish to cancel, please write a letter of cancellation with your name, contract number xxxxxxxx, statement you wish to cancel, and the current odometer reading..."
I have all receipts from new thanks to the previous owner (he had the car since new until two years ago when I bought it). I also have all records for what I have done since I got it - which is practically only maintenance items.
The car is in great shape, but it is not a new car - so do expect some minor dings and scrapes. See the pictures for some close-ups where the paint has blemishes.
Why is for sale? Simply put, because I have too many manual transmission cars and due to my leg surgery I had to get an automatic. My stable now has three BMWs: 3.0CS, 645ci (this car) and now a new to me automatic 840ci. And a Honda S2000.
Final note: please ask all questions before coming to see the car (highly encouraged). If you're local you should come to see it, and otherwise I'd suggest you use one of the mechanic services through eBay. Shipping or pick up is the buyer's responsibility, of course.
