2009 BMW 335d w/ Sport pkg - cranks but does not start

2009 BMW 3-Series BMW 335d Sports Package Description

For sale is a 2009 BMW 335d. I bought this car late last year as a project car. It was in non-running condition. The car came with just under 52,000 miles. The car was said to have a fuel issue from previous dealership report/diagnostic but previous owner did not choose to fix the issue. I bought the car as is from the older gentlemen. Over winter, I've checked fuel lines for pressure and blockage as well as swapping in a rebuilt high pressure fuel pump. The ECU was also reflashed/reset by Bimmer Performance Center. The car is still exhibiting cranking but no start issue. I'm not familiar with the mechanics of this particular engine or electronics and have not done anything further. The hood and front bumper was removed while the above work was performed for ease of access. The driver side fender (unpainted) is also replaced since the original had a big dent that was not feasible to repair. The car will also come with some underbody cover panels and plastic engine cover. Has two original BMW keys/fob.

Cosmetic-wise, the car is in good-great shape. Paint appears shiny and very minimal scratches on rear passenger fender and front passenger corner of the bumper. The interior is in good condition with clean seating surfaces, dash and door panels. There are some nicks and tears in the rear seat bottom and rear side bolsters. Typical wear on driver side bolsters.
The car is in Montego-blue with tan leatherette interior.The car is optioned with sports package that includes sport suspension, gloss black exterior window trim, sports steering wheel with paddle shifters and sports seats with adjustable thigh and side bolsters.
