1995 BMW M3 Dinan Description

I am selling my 1995 M3. It has Dinan engine software and high flow throttle body. It is an automatic, I know I know, but a trans swap can easily be done. Less than 1000 miles ago I rebuilt the top half of the engine. I had the cylinder heads machined and did new valves and seals. I will list all of the work that was done in the last 100 miles.
Head gasket, oil pan gasket, valve cover gasket
New water pump and pulley with aluminum housing and gaskets
New starter
New blower motor and resistor
Crank position sensor, cam position sensor, all the temp sensors, both knock sensors
New timing chains, and chain tensioners
Rebuilt VANOS, and new solenoid
New belts, and tensioners
New Mishimoto radiator and reservoir and EVERY coolant line
New driveshaft, driveshaft support bearing, and flex disc (guibo)
Engine mounts, transmission mounts, subframe bushings
New spark plugs
Power steering lines and reservoir (filter)
All fluids flushed
Stainless steel headers
Previous to my large amount of engine work I had around 15k in work done to the vehicle at German Cars of Sarasota, a very reputable shop. I have ALL the paperwork that goes along with their work as well. The work done there is as follows:
Control arms, control arm bushings, sway bar bushings, sway bar end links
Rear trailing arm
Fuel lines
Oil filter housing unit and gasket
New valve cover
Differential service
I custom painted the OEM spoiler at school in Techno Violet and ghosted the ///M logo in blue pearl flake as Techno is my favorite E36 color.
The transmission was rebuilt around 95k miles as well. I just put new front pads on it and it has fairly new drilled slotted rotors.
There are other parts but i dont have the list handy. I can provide receipts for everything i have done myself or that I had done at the shop. I am an ASE certified tech and used this vehicle as an investment into my career. It has cost me a lot but the knowledge and experience I have gained is priceless. I need the money to continue my education and build my tools up so that I can grow. I have a shop in Sarasota called German Automotive Services and if there are ever any issues I would happily help out her new owner. I have almost 25k invested in this beautiful machine and want her to go to someone that will appreciate her value. I tried using only OEM parts for everything that I did as well. I am a die hard BMW enthusiast and have other E36 cars as well. The cons to the vehicle are some issues with the buffalo leather on the front seats, and some scratches in the paint. Besides the cosmetic issues the car is in almost new mechanical condition, if not better. I have straight pipes on her now but if interested i will put the Dinan exhaust back on for a reasonable price. Please no low ball offers.
