Out of state buyer: NON- PA buyers have the option of bringing your own tag to drive it home or we can have a 30 day transit tag issued ($50.00) with proof of drivers license and valid insurance.

PA resident buyers: Must have a valid PA drivers license & valid insurance in your name. All Tax, Tags, state fees can beissued on site.

AND NO, we don't charge a "BUYERS FEE" on top of the price... You pay what the ebay auction says (plus state fees).
