1997 BMW M3 Sedan Description

• I purchased this BMW M3 in Oregon about a year ago from the previous owner. I have over 6K in receipts from the PO for work done on the car. The PO had about 12k invested. The following is a description of the car, as I bought it, as provided by the PO. The description is still accurate.
  *1997 BMW m3 sedan, 5sp manual transmission, leather luxury pkg w/sport seats.
  *All work done professionally at Munich Motorworks in Portland, WA.
  *Dinan chip w/Dinan cold air intake.
  *Custom aluminum race radiator. ( runs cool in the 100 degree heat)
  *Custom dual cat exhaust system w/Magnaflow muffler(quiet at idle and loud under throttle) passed WA emission 08/16.
  *Eibach Pro springs w/Bilstein sport shocks and struts
  *Racing Dynamics lower front brace
  *UUC short-throe shifter
  *Lightweight forged double spoke OEM 17" wheels, including spare.
  *Euro sport 3 spoke leather steering wheel.
  *Sunroof
  *Leather interior w/manual seat adjustment.
  *OEM rear spoiler
  ^6CD changer in trunk.
  *AC
  *Cruise works correctly w/no lag
• *Power windows all working correctly
• *interior is in nice original very good condition considering age.. Leather seat seams are tight w/no holes. Manualadjusters.
• Factory tint glass in very good condition

Mods and Maintenance:
*Front and rear suspension refresh w/new shocks, springs bushings, control arms and bearings.
*Brakes renewed w/rotors, pads e-brake, brake hydraulic system flush w/Penrtosin DOT 4 fluid.
*Electrical repairs include, OEM trunk rewiring harness, brake pedal brake light switch, ///M instrument cluster replaced and shows appox 10K miles less than actual.
*Under hood maintenance includes: power steering renewed, oil console gasket replaced w/Vanos hose, all belts and rollers replaced, coolant flush/ replaced w/Pentofrost NF
* Transmission serviced w/ new guilbo (trans flex disc), replaced rear transmission seal and output shaft seal, serviced w/Redline MT
*Cons: Rebuilt tile due to light damage in the right rear fender bumper area. No structural damage as trunk and doors still have the original VIN #s attached. The car was painted with the exception of the top and trunk. Those appear to be original paint and are slightly different in color. There is some minor battery acid damage in the battery hold down area. Central locking is disabled as it blows fuses when activated.. rt rear door actuator rattles on occasion,the onboard computer falsely indicates a burnt bulb occasionally but does indicate range, mileage, temp, etc.. The car could use a set of tires but the current ones are passable
This M3 is a very strong and hard to fault in its performance and handling. The clutch and transmission are flawless. Brakes are excellent. All systems work, pwr windows, sunroof, cruise, AC, Radio, etc. I haven't tried the CD changer but PO stated that it worked.. I have had the car on a few 200 mile plus drives and would not hesitate to drive it cross country. Selling because I have 6 vehicles and 3 must go. Fly in/drive it home.
