2011 BMW X3 xDrive35i Description

I am the second owner of this vehicle. It was purchased by me from Carmax in 2014. It has been a great vehicle. It is in clean shape. Mechanically sound. Normal wear and tear on the exterior and interior (See pics). Seats are not torn and are in tact and clean. I do not smoke so there is no odor in the car. Spare tire and all OEM equipment are in place.
The carpeted mats, winter mats and a separate Weather Tech front set of mats are included. Two FOBS are included.
The vehicle has been used mainly on the highway. It was my daily driver. It has been well maintained by me and all services with except one have been complete at local BMW shops. Tires are relatively new, 8/23/16. It has not been driven much in the past 3 months. The tires are like new. Last break check was 9/16. They were fine.
Carfax reports an accident with the first owner. There is Zero evidence of an accident and the vehicle looks and performs as if it did not occur. It must not have been anything serious.
