2002 BMW 3-Series Description

I am selling 2002 BMW 330I with 120K miles. Well maintained. Clean car. No Accidents. Need to buy Van due to growing family. Willing to trade for Honda Odyssey 05 and up.
Did not had to do much with the car. Very reliable gets 33 MPG on Highway. I am 2nd owner.
Following maintenance done.
Oil change and filter change ever 8000 miles
Control Arm @ 70000
CCV replace at 93000
Oil filter housing gasket at 93000
Water pump,thermostat, coolant, belts @ 98000
New tires Goodyear eagle f1 asymmetric 2
Also comes with winter Wheels and tires.
I have done all service by my self and have all receipts for parts.
Only Bad part
There is small bubbling and some rust as show in picture
