1999 BMW M Roadster - Rare Evergreen - NO RESERVE
1999 BMW M Roadster & Coupe 2-door Description
You are looking at my 1999 BMW M Roadster in rare Evergreen on Evergreen/Black interior with 104,777 miles and a Clean CA Title. I have owned this vehicle since January 2017 and it has been a blast to drive. I own several ///M cars and I just leased another daily driver, so unfortunately the M Roadster has to go.
Prior to my ownership, the vehicle was owned by a 60 - 70-year old couple for 10+ years. When buying a car, especially an older sports car, ownership history is one of the most important factors for us. Indeed, the condition of this car reflects on the age of the previous owners in that it appears to never have been abused. The S52 runs like clockwork and there are no mechanical issues. I have a binder full of service records to back up all the maintenance that has been done on the car, dating back to the early 2000’s. However, the vehicle was regularly driven by the wife as a daily driver, not a show car, so there are minor scratches and dings, but nothing major that is obviously striking for a 19-year old car with 100k miles. The vehicle has original paint, however, it appears that the front bumper has been painted in the past because there is some overspray on the aux fan behind the mesh grille, but I may be wrong.
The car is completely stock, except for an aftermarket head unit, upgraded speakers all throughout, and an amplifier in the trunk.
This is an adult owned California car that has been very well maintained and drives perfectly. It does not have any mechanical issues. It has always been thoroughly maintained and cared for. The car is professionally washed once a week, always garage kept, and recently received a full interior and exterior detail. It’s an excellent rare car with low miles and honestly for the money, I really don't see anything that comes close to the caliber of sportiness and enjoyment that this car offers. When I had first purchased it, I looked forward to driving the Roadster more than my E39 M5 or Turbo E36 M3.
