1999 BMW M Roadster & Coupe M Roadster Description

The ONLY Dakar Yellow ///M Roadster for sale in the entire state. 1 of 5 (including mine) for sale across the nation. It's a very rare color for an ///M. An amazing car, it's an experience to drive such an amazing handling, brutally accelerating car. The Z3 ///M has a well kept, strong-bulletproof motor, and is ready for a new owner. I'm looking to get into a house, and have decided to sell the car. This car has a clean title, and I own the car outright, title in hand. I have another vehicle that's more practical for daily driving, and am going to miss this car greatly. This car turns heads, more than once I've walked up to it with people taking photos, and have had people, twice, leave cards under the wiper, asking me to let them know if I decide to sell; nevermind numurous offering to buy over the years. Car comes with Tonneau Ridged Top Cover (nearly $600 new).

I am a transparent person with my sales. *No Undercarriage Rust* Strong Motor, mostly garage or carport kept. Showing everything upfront, and set the price accordingly. Only contact me if you're willing to pay the price, and have cash in hand. I have a massive market for this car, as it is not only rare, but Dakar Yellow is a rare color for it. Have the money, or do not contact me. This all aside, I will now list a few of the flaws that need TLC (the car is 18 years old, working on 20, this should be expected at this price).
Most the issues are interior based. All small issues that I can recall:
- Main dash is NOT cracked up :)
- Seats' leather have tears. I've researched cost, and if I were keeping it, I would personally replace with Sparco R100's.
- Squeaky Clutch Pedal. I've read that it's likely cheap bushings, which I have. Sometimes it's a bit tight to get into 1st, so I'm not sure if there needs to be some adjustment. Worn shifter knob, I have lit M badged replacement I'll include.
- Hydraulic Top does not work. The motor DOES, I believe it might be a simple bolt/plug, and will attempt to fix it given some time. If you see this flaw removed from the ad, it's been fixed.
- A drip from the back window, during heavy rains. I suggest rear window replacement, or top replacement. The top is in "ok" condition, but due to the leak, I'd strongly suggest replacing it, or keeping it away from heavy rain.- The passenger rear quarter panel appears to have a slight paint fade spot.- I did not replace the brake indicators when I installed the STOPTECH Drilled and Slotted Rotors, so there's a brake light (literally $20-$40, 30min fix) it's simply a false positive and has no affect on the car.- Airbag light, I'm going to check into this this weekend, as I've read it's often a loose electrical connector below the passenger seat.

If this seems like a lot of issues, any other car you look at has issues they're not telling you about, but I am. These are all cheap fixes for someone who simply takes their time. Again, car is priced accordingly, and is in amazing condition, body is immaculate, and low miles for 18 years. First with asking price takes this beastly beauty! Photos 6-8 were taken yesterday (have it fairly cleaned up). When I took it to ///M Fest in St Petersberg, it was the ONLY ///M Roadster there out of over 80 Bimmers ;-)
