2006 BMW M5 M5 Description

This BMW M5 was taken care of always garaged. Cleaned and pampered......so much for that. Heading back from Golf Tournament the warning engine light came on (ENGINE MALFUNCTION) (REDUCE SPEED IMMEDIATELY) ...
5 SECONDS LATER ENGINE LET GO.....!!! IN QUITE SPECTACULAR FASHION......3 hour drive in tow truck was not what I was expecting.
Techniciansexaminedcar ...came to conclusion ( MAJOR ENGINE MALFUNCTION - Found damage to rear of block and oil leaking from in between bellhousing and engine. Damage caused in cylinders 9 & 10 BEARING FAILURE....) Basically if I had driven the car like a normal person. I'm told the problem would have happen back in late 2008. Thanks for the info.....either way...Here sits a CLEAN PAMPERED BMW M5 needing an engine.........yes, I did call BMW North America, they listened to me told me they get back to me. They got back to me alright. Told me the bearing have been improved in later models...thanks. Now it for sale oneBay.
Does have new brakes, roters,& tires ($7,000)....I tried to list all options below to make it look good.....am I mad?...not so much anymore. Lesson learned: DRIVE YOUR BMW M5 LIKE AN F1 DRIVER (in my opinion) ....what it's made for.... Will I buy another one? Well yes, It's the Ultimate Driving Machine...if you drive it right.
