2007 BMW 525 xi All Wheel Drive in "Mint Condition" with 110,955 Mainly Highway Miles And All Service Records...
I purchased this beautiful BMW 525xi AWD from a local gentleman immediately after a thorough test drive and having my mechanic for the last 30 years check it out... He indicated that the car was in excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition, mainly due to having mostly highway mileage... The original owner took a 3 year corporate lease from BMW and decided to purchased it outright when the lease ended... The car has always been garaged and meticulously maintained... The owner was a true BMW fanatic and the car shows it... Its always been properly adult driven and its never been involved in any accidents or abused in any way... I have all the maintenance and service records for the car and its just passed the New York State vehicle safety and emissions inspections... I'm selling it because we no longer need a second car being we're now retired... I'm sure that whoever purchases this car will be happy with it because they'll be getting a great BMW 525xi "All Wheel Drive" that's ready to go and looking good too... The black leather interior looks near new with no rips, tears or other defects and other then some curb scratches on one of the rims (pictured) and a few tiny road stone chips in the front bumper paint (pictured) the exterior also looks near new... No smokers or pets have been in the car and the leather still smells like new... It also has the Cold Weather and Premium Packages, as detailed on the window sticker (pictured)... All the services are presently current and the tires and brakes have about 70% of life left in them... The car comes with all its manuals, the BMW first aid and tool kits, all the service records and the original window sticker... If you have any questions or you want some more pictures just ask... I encourage potential buyers to test drive the car if possible and have a qualified mechanic check it... I want the buyer to be satisfied with their purchase because it's a dependable, safe, solid, BMW 525xi All Wheel Drive in excellent condition... It's due for routine services next month, so I'll have them done before delivery or give the buyer $500 off the listed price if undone...
