I purchased this beautiful BMW 525xi AWD from a local gentleman immediately after a test drive and having my mechanic check it out... The car is in excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition, mainly due to having mostly all highway miles on it... The original owner took a 3 year corporate lease, then decided to purchased it outright when the lease ended... He drove the car sixty highway miles daily, commuting to and from work... The car has always been garaged and meticulously maintained... It has always been driven by the one adult owner and its never been involved in any accidents or abused in any way... I have all the maintenance and service records for the car and it just recently passed the New York State safety and emissions inspections...
I'm selling the car because we no longer need a second car being retired... I'm sure that whoever purchases this car will be happy with it because they'll be getting a great BMW 525xi All Wheel Drive that's ready to go and it also looks near new... The black leather interior looks and smells like it's new with no rips, tears or other defects and other then some curb scratches on one of the rims (as pictured) and a few tiny road stone chips in the front bumper paint (as pictured) the exterior also looks like new... No smokers or pets have been in the car and the interior still has that new car smell... The only seat that has be routinely used is the drivers seat and even it looks near new...
The car's also equipped with BMW's optional Cold Weather and Premium Luxury Packages, as detailed on the window sticker (as pictured)... All the services are up to date and the tires, brakes and battery are all in excellent condition with plenty of life left in them... The car comes with both (2) original BMW electronic keys, all its manuals, the BMW first aid and tool kits, all the service records and the original window sticker...
