2001 Cadillac DeVille Description

The engine starts and runs without turning, I bought the car 6 months ago but I never repaired any of the minor parts which is the power steering ( may be the power steering cap which is missing), the key ignition may need to be align or replaced, there is something draining the battery ( I tested the alternator but its not the cause),and other minor fixes but these are the main issues.
