This a 1970 Chevelle SS 454 Custom (NOT # matching No. NOT a Real SS!!! ) built to look like a 70 ChevelleSS 454, just finished a body on frame restoration. 500HP Aluminum head engin, 4 speed trans, 12 bolt rear end and modern front Tubular suspension it is very Straight and sharp, solid ARIZONA rust free Chevelle .
Engineis a 454 (496 Stroker) using a 280 Comp cam with 560 Lift flat tapet motor reliable streetable horse power. All internal engine parts are new, clean 4” hooker headers, All suspension is new or rebuilt from the steering box to the brake slave cylinders, every part in the front end is NEW, including tubular upper/lower control arms, 2 inch drop front spindles with new Disc brake, new booster master cylinde, proportioning valve and brake line, with new lowering springs and new bushings. New Full 3” inch flow master dual exhaust with single chamber mufflers.
Wheels TiresNew 18×8 and 20x9.5 Ridler 695 chrome wheels with 245/45/18 front and 285/40/20 NEW Nitto rear tires put power to the 12 Bolt rear axleELECTRICAL/ ELECTRONICS- new printed board and dash came out of a 1970 SS Chevelle A/C is NOT hooked up but included in the trunk with purchase it is a Vintage Air kit (minus Compressor condenser and hoses) . Twin Electric fans with all new wiring and relay and Temperature sensor to gauge.
COOLING: Ron Davis Aluminum Radiator with 4 core with custom electric fan and shroud.
BODY-New full Goodmark front clip hood etc.(Body was not damaged) just cheaper and faster to buy new parts rather than media blast front clip and fix small dents etc. All new inner fednerwell, battery tray front bumper lights.
POWDER COATED- Satin black cars original core support an, Body was stripped to bare metal and all bodywork was repaired using Evercoat braces all bumper brackets were sand blasted and painted 2 stage black
PAINT: Evercoatfillers &High Build Polyester, then the last several coats of 2K primer all hand black sanded to and extremely straight body. Hugger Orange with Tuxedo Black Stripes buried in BASF Glamour Clear so you cannot feel the lines (BASF Glasurit paint) unbelievable glass finish and shine looks as good in person as the pictures.Firewall is smoothed out welded up holes and painted satin black.Frame was sandblasted and painted urethane black POR15
INTERIOR-$750 NEW Procar bucket seatscomfortable bolstered seating with retro look, all interior new door panels front and back were custom made to match the pattern of the ProCar Seats so it all flows. New Headliner & New carpet kit.
1970 Chevelle SS 454Car has 60 minutes on engine and one(1) test mile since completion.
Attn: Speedo cable and E-Brake are NOT hooked up, Power brakes may need one additional bleeding after break in period, (although working great again only 1 test mile) Rear Flowmaster tail pipes behind the mufflers are included but were removed for a great sound for potential buyers. Adifferentshiftermay work better to your desired needs, again personal choice,shifterworks with no issues; just has a very long gate (travel distance) between gears. Vintage Air Kit included ( kit is missing:Condenser, Compresso, hoses & correct dashcontroller). Vintage air unit is the newest Electronic unit both heat and A/C stage 4 unit.
All New Weather-strip seals etc .(expect on door panels top edge brushes where my Upholstery guy forgot to replace fuxzzies- easy fix).
