2000 Chevrolet Express Description

Very nice running and driving no accidents Chevy Express 1500 cargo van. Don't miss out on this clean well maintained van that was never abused. Has been a third vehicle for me and used primarily as a utility van to move personal items from time to time. I am the second owner for the past 7 years. Most of the miles were interstate in West Texas and back and forth between South Carolina and the Midwest.

Exterior has some paint issues on the front roof, grill, bumpers and a little surface rust here and there but overall the paint and body look very nice with no major dents or scrapes. There is some peeling paint on the front door rocker panels with some surface rust. Front interior is in great shape, dash is not sun faded or cracked and panels look good and are intact. This has been a smoke free vehicle. Vinyl drivers seat worn and steering wheel is also worn, have covers on them. Side cargo doors have windows along with rear doors. Air Conditioning works great and blows cold, heat works great too. Engine and transmission run very well, doesn't burn any oil and shifts smooth. Front main seal has leaked a little oil since I have owned the van but isn't bad.

• Oil changes every 5,000 miles with K&N filters and full synthetic oil .
  
• Transmission fluid and filters changed regularly and last done about 20k ago.
  
• Matched set of BF Goodrich Long Trail load rated tires (44 psi) in decent condition.
  
• Front brakes serviced about 12k ago with new pads, rotors and bearings.
  
• Rear brakes done about 25k ago.
  
• New radiator and heavy duty transmission cooler installed about 20k ago.
• If the van needed maintenance it was done.
  

I got this van from a close friend and he maintained it religiously as well. No major issues to speak of. Oil and air filter just changed last week. Get in and drive it anywhere.

This is a 16 year old vehicle and it has been used but not abused. You may find scrapes, scratches dents, rust on the exterior and/or interior not represented in the description or pictures. Van has mostly highway miles, runs great and proven to be reliable. I have tried to be open regarding the condition but there are no guarantees stated or implied and vehicle is being sold as is where is. I have a clear title in hand.
