1957 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 Description

1957 Chevy pro street, 468 big block with a weiand 671 blower, professionally built married to a turbo 400 automatic trans with a stalland a shift kit in the trans, it has a ford 9 inch rear end with a positrack unit 4,11 gear ratio, 31 spline axles. the axles are ford axles that were cut and splined I had planned to order some moser axles, I would recommend replacing the axles don't really like the way the wheel studs were installed. it has drum brake on the rear which I would go with disc brakes on the rear, it needs the rear coil over shocks I have NOT purchased them that is why there is a block between the body and rear diff. it does have disc brakes up front. This car sounds awesome it rocks the house good oil pressure its all new I have had it for a couple years and it just sits and just don't have the time to finish it. Look at the pics the body is really clean look at the rockers they are near perfect, the floor is great as well as the tail pan, I haven't seen any rust on this car, I doNOT have the door glass or back glass, the windshield and quarter windows are in the car. I doNOT have the front bench seat but I do have the rear seat and the rear quarter inner panels, no front door panels, no headliner, (Trim I have the stainless inserts for the quarters and the trim for the windshield and back glassNO door or fender trim. This a great project the car does run and move have not driven on the road, I do NOT know the horsepower but it was built to put out over 600hp, has NOT been on a dyno so cant confirm, its not for the faint of heart this is a great car to finish to your liking for the street or track it was not built with a cage intended for the street.
