1999 Chevrolet Blazer Description

Vehicle has been sitting around and think thebattery is going bad or needs charge, will start if jumped. Just found out when messing with it the other day.
It needs work, what I know it needs: 4x4 is out, heat doesn't work properly, "bogs" when driving - someone told me it could be a vacuum leak? Maybe just really needs a tune up? Don't know - has some body rust, needs exhaust work. May need tires for inspection. It runs and drives as is, nice blazer.

It's an automatic vortec 4.3 with power windows, locks, remote for unlocking/locking doors & panic button, pretty decent interior (need to get pics of inside), clean title in hand. 166,xxx miles.

I can't honestly remember the mileage, it's around 166,000 to no more than 170,000.
