Model Overview
The Chevrolet Express Passenger Van is a heavy-duty 3500 Series models, with the 3500 models carrying higher overall weight ratings. This is an extended (155-inch) wheelbase version, with seating space for 15 people. Also has towing is also a strength for the Express Van model, with trailer ratings ranging up to 9,900 pounds. Standard 6.0L V8 makes 324 hp and 373 lb-ft. Across the entire lineup, you get a 31-gallon fuel tank. A heavy-duty 6-speed automatic. The Express has true body-on-frame truck construction, with a ladder-type frame plus tubular cross members for better torsional stiffness and tapered frame rails for safety.
