1996 Chevrolet Tahoe Description

For sale is a 1996 two door tahoe. It has been very well taken care of. I have owned the truck for 7 years and purchased it in Florida. Has had regular maintenance done along with many parts replaced. This was usually just used for travel and most miles are highway. Had the transmission, transfer case and drive shafts rebuilt 2 years ago (maybe 20,000 miles on them currently). Had new seals put on the rear end at the same time. Replaced starter, fuel pump, radiator, cooling horses and more. Had remote start and alarm along with a good sounding stereo (subs are not shown in picture). Great running and driving truck.
Known issues
1) clear coat is starting to peel on hood and roof (still looks good)2) has minor door dings and scratches (nothing major ( it's 20 years old)3) windshield has a crack that just started in the middle and is going straight up (about 8in right now)4) power seat works but needs new gears for proper operation5) cruise control stopped working a few months ago. Haven't looked into the issue.6) rust starting on the running boards (pictured). Held water in them which caused the issue.
