1998 Chevrolet C/K Pickup 2500 Description

I purchased this truck 100% stock in 2008 from the original senior owner with 55,000 miles. The truck remained completely stock until 2 years ago at 85,000 miles. This truck is in amazing condition inside and out. The truck has NEVER been driven in the winter, it is currently stored. I am considering selling it to upgrade to a newer diesel truck and eliminate having this truck sit and having a daily driver.....consolidating if you will.
The truck has all factory options other than leather interior, keyless entryand a sunroof. This truck has the heavy duty chassis package so it is only a 2 door. You could not get a extended cab 8 lug 3/4 ton with a 3rd door in this body style.
Drivetrain:Original Vortec 454 with most all maintenance items completed as follows with only GM or ACDELCO parts. Water pump, serpentine belt, intake manifold gaskets, upgraded bosh injectors, GM fuel pressure regulator, Dual ACDELCO batteries. When I lifted the truck I upgraded the gears from 3.73 to 4.10 to compensate for the slightly larger tires.
Suspension/Axle:New RCD 4.5" suspension lift with Bilstein shocks, new ACDELCO idler arm, pitman arm, tie rods, wheel bearings, GM brake rotors andpadsall replaced at 85,000 miles when I installed the lift kit. Rear suspension has Firestone ride rite air bags. Billet Aluminum extra capacity differential cover.
Exterior:100% original paint never wrecked or damaged. No peeling or signs of peeling...ever. Color matched ventvisors, tinted windows, truxedo lo pro qt tonneau cover, original GM bedliner with rubber mat on top. I added the valance under the front bumper and had the original tow hooks chrome plated. Wheels are 16x8 Mickey Thompson Classic III on LT285/75R16 BFGoodrich All-Terrain KO2 tires. Tires and wheels have 7000 miles.
Interior:The interior honestly still smells new. It has the 60/40 style front seats. It has NEVER been smoked in. Husky floor liners front and rear. Upgraded Kenwood CD stereo system and Kenwood Excelon door speakers. This truck was not originally ordered with a CD player so I removed the original cassette and installed the kenwood CD player with the correct plug and play harness.
This truck is in amazing condition. I take extreme pride in my vehicles. The underside of this truck is as clean as the top side. I highly doubt you will find a cleaner "OBS" chevy truck with these options. I unfortunately don't have the original window sticker but, I do have and will include the original sales brochure.
