1971 Chevy Nova - One Owner First 37 Years - Low Mile Southern Car!!
1971 Chevrolet Nova Description
This Gem came to us by way of Trade-In. First Owner had the car for 37 years. The first owner had the car re-painted in 1990. The second owner performed a complete interior replacement in 2010. The "Burnt Orange" color is the original color and the interior was made to look like brand new original. The 307 V-8 was removed and replaced with a 350, bored .030 over, small block Chevy. Dart Iron Eagle Heads, Edelbrock Intake Manifold and Carburator, Flat-Top Pistons and Ceramic Coated Headers. Mild Cam - Very Drivable! I was told by the last owner that it makes 375 Horsepower. Runs on pump gas, 91 octane or higher. Two pumps of the accelertor and she fires to life!! Power Steering and Drives Amazing - No pull or shake or shimmy. The transmission was completely rebuilt at 43,000 miles with new bushings, clutches, convertor, modulator, gaskets and a shift kit. The inside of the trunk is CLEAN and Rust Free. The underside looks amazing for a 45 year old car.
Documentation - I have LOTS of Documentation. The original Bill of Sale, Pre-Delivery inspection, Bill of Ladding (Car Shipper), Kentucky Inspection reports, Original Sales Brochure, Warranty Pamphlet with Protect-O-Plate.
I have the registration renewals from 2007 and 2008 showing the first owner owned the car until then. Plus lots of hand written notes about the fuel dates, mileage and prices!! Pretty Cool Stuff!!
