2004 Chevrolet Suburban LT Description

Maintenance Records available. Clean Carfax, no accidents! Runs good.
LT model, loaded with DVD rear entertainment screens (I didn't use them past 2-3 years but they were working fine then) etc . Tow Package and Trailer Brakes! Has the slots for the 3rd row seat, but I do NOT have the bench seat for the 3rd row, can be purchased locally for ~ couple hundred bucks!
140K miles. same owner since 2009 !!!! recently rebuilt transmission June 2016 ( $2200) .Fixed AC unit November 2016 ($290) . Brand new factory GM battery!!!!($140) I also have more records dating back to 2009, which will be provided to buyer.
for sale as-is where is. clean title, clean carfax in hand.Truck is totally, 100% drive able!! I drove it 200 miles in 1 day couple weeks ago, drives perfectly fine.

exterior is good. interior needs detail, carpet is not clean. No rust etc. AC ice cold (front & rear) left front abs bearing is causing ABS light to come on and speedometer & tachometer does not work. Odometer WORKS! mileage is actual - only driven <1000 miles in the past 6 months. All locks & windows work except Right rear window motor is getting weak (goes down fine but going up takes time and some help)
you can bring a mechanic to check it out, no problem. Price is firm, for sale as-is, where is, full cash payment needed.
Per California Law: I will get it smog'ged before sale for additional charge of $100 that needs to be paid upfront. It is for sale as-is without SMOG if the buyer prefers not to pay the $100 for the inspection by me. Again, it is for sale AS-IS. There is no check engine light present, so I assume it will pass smog with flying colors.
I do not have the time and resources to deliver it anywhere. must be picked up from my location in Newport Beach, 92663. Title is signed and ready to be transferred.
