2005 Chevrolet Impala Base Sedan 4-Door Description

This bidding is for a 2005 Chevy Impala Retired Police Cruiser that was well maintained by one of the Sheriff's departments in the state of Ohio. We bought it in 2012 with about 96,000 miles and this vehicle has been properly taken care of with regular oil changes every 3,000 miles. The current mileage on this car is about 126803. Please note that this may slightly increase since this car is still on the road.

This car comes with a powerful 3.8L engine, enhanced suspension, enhanced traction control and is designed for power, ruggedness and high speed. 126803 original miles (this mileage may be a little bit higher when picked up), air conditional (will need Freon) and super hot heat. Brand New upstream and downstream O2 sensors were installed about 2 years ago.

We are the second owner of the car and we have owned it for over 4 years now. This has been a very reliable car and very good engine that has gone to the East Coast and back numerous times.

New rotors and brake pads were installed about 1 year ago.

The odometer on this car works perfectly fine but the speedometer is erratic. At times it will work and at others is will stay in one spot. However the mileage reading is correct since the odometer works fine. I was told it may be due to a coil in the instrument cluster. We have used car like this for over 4 years with no issues.

The ABS light and the traction off light are on but neither hinders the drivability of this vehicle.

This vehicle is also available for sale locally and seller reserves the right to end this listing if a reasonable offer is received elsewhere.
