2005 Chevrolet Impala 9C1 Description

Up for sale is a very nice, 2005 Chevrolet Impala 9C1 Police Cruiser.
Super clean and runs very strong. I bought this car from the State of Indiana PD back in 2011. It had 72K miles.
This Cruiser was not a Patrol Car, it was the Chiefs' daily driver. Did not chase bad guys, did not idle for decades.
Used to go back & forth to work & daily duties.
This one, I was told by our local Chevy Dealer, has a pretty rare option of the blue cloth front seats. Most are vinyl.
The passenger seat needed a stitching because they had the divider plate stuck into it. I did a decent frankenstein fix.
Also, being from Indy, this car was not de-tuned. I was very impressed in how fast it is! Not your typical 3.8 V6.
Still has the strobes but not active minus the controls.
This impala has been very good to me and I have always kept her clean & in good running order.
I put new tires on it when I got it in 2011 and have never had to do any major repairs.
Everything works great! Cold AC, hot heat, wipers, lights,radio, spot light ( new ) all good to go.
The carpet, especially in the rear, looks like someone threw up bleach in her. Was that way when I got it.
Runs, drives, shifts, stops like a champ. Has the HD suspension, brakes and a cooler for every fluid!
The "Low Tire Pressure" light stays on. The Chevy Dealer told me the only way to turn it off is with the Key Fob.
The key fob I never got. There is nothing wrong with the tires or sensors. Stupid code. I reset the putter & came back.
Just ignored it. Never has any other indicator come on. Except for low fuel a few times......
All in all this is a great car with a lot of life left in her. Both front fenders are showing their age but, no where else.
Underneath is better than some half her age, here is rust-consin!
