1998 Chevrolet Express Imperial Description

Up for auction is my used 1998 Chevy Express Van Imperial Conversion. There are scratches and dents but is in overall good condition for the age of the vehicle. Van was purchased in 2011 for our family and 2 dogs to travel to a weekend getaway with 216XXX miles. This trip was 300 miles round trip. In some of these travels we even pulled a 6x12 enclosed trailer. Van now has 256XXX miles now. If you are looking for a very comfortable ride, drive and lots of space then this is the vehicle for you. Previous owner stated that the transmission had been replaced by new GM transmission at 170XXX miles. I have replaced the water pump, front brake calipers, brake hose, power steering pressure hose and radiator. Other than this there have been no major issues. Routine maintenance has always been up kept (oil and filter changes, tire rotation, transmission filter,brakes, ect...). Tires are Michelin's purchased in early 2015 with plenty of tread left. Since the time of purchase there have always been a knock in the motor when first cranking,not when driving. I would always let the van warm up before driving. The air conditioning system does have a leak. I usually recharge it every year myself for $40-$50. Gas mileage varies between 10-16 miles per gallon depending on the type of driver you are and what type of streets are traveled (city/highway).

Clear coat is coming off the rear door and paint is fading. Please see picture.
There are worn spots and stains in the carpet. Also see pictures.
Check engine light is on stating catalist converter and fuel pressure sensor needs replacing. I do plan of replacing these things but if these do not fix the problem I have no plans to invest and more money. The van will come with the factory radio and cd player installed,not the one pictured. The van is being driven 3 to 4 days a week so the mile may not be accurate.SOLD AS IS,WERE IS!!!!!!
