1968 Chevy Camaro Convertible SS. A real head turner!! Just in time for Summer!!
She's a Beauty!!1968 Camaro with Stroker 383 V8 engine and 700R4 Overdrive automatic transmission. 12 bolt Posi rear. Not sure of the gear ratio. Engine has approximately 8200 miles since replacement. ( A previous owner replaced engine) Car runs great and is a blast to drive. Brand new Houndstooth Interior in excellent condition. Brand new rims and tires (less than 200 miles on them!) Power steering and power brakes. New starter and flexplate (less than 200 miles ago) New battery and alternator.Body in very good condition with no rust or rot. Power top in very good condition with no rips or tears. Has SS badges but I can not validate SS authenticity. Car was originally sold from Aero Chevrolet in Alexandria Virginia according to the NCRS report we had done on it. The official production date was March 19, 1968.Gas gauge is stuck at 3pm position (see photo) which I've been told is a bad ground somewhere.Car is super clean and fun to drive. No issues mechanically.Gets tons of looks and plenty of "Thumbs up"!
